SmartSource Realty has fully trained leasing agents in the Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Austin areas. Because we are a full service real estate company, our leasing agents are also cross trained to provide sales services.

We can also assist you with a future home purchase and offer a closing cost allowance towards the purchase of a home if you rent a home managed by Chris Warren Realty, our in house Austin property management company. Home Rental Search

Most leasing fees are paid by the landlord. It makes no sense to not have an Austin professional leasing agent assist you with your house search. Avoid Craigslist And Landlord Scams

Be careful of landlord and Craigslist scams. Many landlords will run ads and keep your security deposit. We run many Craigslist ads and place our contact information in every advertisement. You won’t ever have to worry about your security deposit being in jeopardy. Our leasing agents are Realtors and leasing professionals, and we disclose this information in every ad.
